don't know how many calories. but i get it. i'm kicking my addiction to such things as we speak. What day is this... why... it has been almost two months since I gave up sugar (mostly- it is a trace ingredient in some things still...) but no candy since january 2nd, no dessert since january 2nd... and i think it feels good.

btw, i'm having the same prob with girl scout thin mint cookies right now. it's not very lenten.
